A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I came for a consultation based on reviews. Waiting a while was okay, but I think the doctor should lower their ego a bit. Customers waited a long time for their consultation; your service should be more respectful. It was a huge waste of time. Terrible.
