A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The clinic is clean. The staff provides excellent service. They always call to follow up on appointments and arrange the queue well. There are even rubber band colors to choose from. The doctor takes good care of me. I'm impressed.
