A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The clinic is terrible. The fees are expensive, and when I asked the admin, they said there were no service fees, but then they charged me extra during the treatment. It's awful. The doctor also looked displeased.
