Over the course of one year, I visited this clinic six times and never waited less than 40 minutes. On my last visit, I was forced to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes, after which I left. I was scheduled with the clinic owner herself; she could clearly see how long I had been waiting and chose to ignore...
