A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
From the organization's response below, you can see that this office is impossible to contact. Instead of correcting the error, they accuse the patient of lying. If they performed the service properly, they wouldn't have to justify it. :) But judge for yourself: A very poor teeth cleaning. No mouth...
