A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The clinic's organization leaves much to be desired. They have some excellent dentists, but the overall organization is terrible. You arrive for an appointment and the dentist doesn't have the necessary materials to perform the procedure.
