A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Terrible service! They schedule appointments through the health plan and then tell you it's reimbursed. When you arrive at the clinic, you find out that you actually have to pay for the appointment. The receptionist is very rude and answers questions very reluctantly. I don't recommend it to anyone...
