A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Staff were friendly, and the dentist was professional in explaining more than conventional dentists would care to explain. Scaling session was done properly and gently with the Dr. constantly checking if I'm alright or in pain. All in all a great experience.
