A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The service they provide is very good; they instill confidence in young children so they don't feel afraid during their appointments, as they explain in appropriate language what they will do and the dental instruments they will use. I personally recommend them.
