A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Visited them during corporate event. Dentist gave very detailed explanation and their staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed my session with them and will definitely visit their clinic :)
