A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
We were personally picked up by Geert and taken to a beautiful facility where we were already given an explanation of what to expect in terms of consultations and treatments for the following day. We never felt uncomfortable and need to return once more for the finishing touches.
