A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I highly recommend them; they place a strong emphasis on customer service. After the first visit, I already had a treatment plan and cost estimate. After the visit, a consultant calls and you can ask any questions.
