A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The service is excellent, there are great professionals, but the equipment, both functionally and aesthetically, leaves much to be desired. I saw it by accident and it's a shame to see how great professionals can't work due to a lack of tools.
