A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I highly recommend them. The staff is incredibly friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. They always answer questions and address concerns promptly. They don't push unnecessary procedures. I haven't found a better clinic in the area.
