A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Because they take on so many patients, they're always rushed, which means neither the individual attention nor the final result is adequate. I had to go to another clinic to have everything they did hastily and poorly corrected. I'm very disappointed because I had complete faith in the clinic.
