A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I don't recommend it. The receptionist was rude on the phone. The girl at the front desk has no clue about the procedures... Maybe it's worth hiring someone who can listen with understanding?
