A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The clinic forgot about its client twice, which is completely unacceptable and shows a low level of professionalism. I hope that the management will take this feedback into account and take the necessary measures to improve the service.
