A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I've been using them for years because, unfortunately, nature hasn't been kind to me about strong teeth, and I need to get some work done every now and then. ;) So far, I can't complain; the service is really good. In case of an emergency, you can even squeeze in without an appointment.
