A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The work was decent, but with the exception of the guy at the front desk, the staff and even dentist were pretty rude and seemed very rushed. If you need something done as soon as possible, this could be an option, but if you have time to look around, you're probably better off going somewhere else
