A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
When I arrived at the clinic, they treated me very kindly and explained everything in great detail. They explained the prices to us so we wouldn't have any complaints later about not being told. Besides the good prices, the work was very professional.
