I arrive for my scheduled appointment with Dr. Patricia, wait 15 minutes for anyone to even say hello to me, and then I find out from the not-so-friendly lady at the counter that the doctor no longer works there. Thank you for informing me of the changes and asking if I want to go to another doctor....
