A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
In terms of professionalism, this is the best I've found in this type of clinic. In terms of personal treatment, they are nothing but kind. I don't understand some of the negative comments posted. I give them a 10 in every respect.
