My appointment with Scaf went badly. I arrived 10 minutes before my 12:45 appointment, and it was 2:30 when I found out the doctor had left. The reception staff hadn't notified me I was there. The process at reception took 20 minutes. Then, at the office reception, they wouldn't tell me anything.
