A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Very professional office, which I can recommend. Importantly, the appropriate time is allocated for visits, so we do not have the impression that the service is performed under the time pressure of the next client. A big plus also for the comprehensive approach to treatment.
