I had tartar on my lower teeth, and my toothbrush wasn't removing it. The dentist scaled, removed the plaque, and polished my teeth. The procedure was a bit unpleasant but short. My teeth are now smooth and clean. She showed me how to brush properly to prevent tartar buildup.
