A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The way they do marketing doesn't appeal to me. I think someone should take a closer look at it. Of course, everyone does what they like, but when it comes to human health and life, some standards of professional ethics should apply.
