A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They couldn't be more professional. Every time I go, they have some new equipment. I had major surgery, and they've given me complete confidence. Plus, when I walk through the door, the receptionists treat me like family, and even though it seems like little, it's given me peace of mind.
