A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I've never had any complaints. But today I arrived on time for my appointment, and as soon as I asked, they told me I'd have to wait approximately 45 minutes to be seen. If I don't stop to ask, the receptionists don't say anything and keep people waiting here without ANY consideration.
