A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The service was outstanding, adapting to all possible situations and circumstances. I must also highlight the speed of the procedures and the minimal pain involved. A true 10 out of 10 for the staff and specialists.
