I reached out clearly explaining my situation and needs, and instead of showing any willingness to help, they flat out refused because it wasn’t “easy” or guaranteed simple. Apparently unless you’re a routine case that fits perfectly into their comfort zone, they won’t even try. No empathy, no flex...
