A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I had a consultation at the office which was clean and tidy. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, as was the doctor. He explained things very directly and clearly and answered my questions. I think I will visit them in the near future.
