A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Don't give them any prepayments! they write in the receipt that the money is non-refundable, but no one will provide you with a service. they will just transfer it constantly until you cancel the next transfer. and then they will say that the money is not refunded because you refused the service.
