A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Their work is excellent. They keep their work tools and the area very clean. They offer good customer service, and I liked it because they don't charge as much as other places. They also do a very good job even when the patient's situation is complicated.
