A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
In my experience, very poor service. They put braces on me, and after two months, they haven't contacted me for a follow-up, even though I've called and texted to make an appointment, but I haven't heard back. Terrible service.
