A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The price is not the cheapest but each item is clearly listed, there is an implant warranty and a specific follow-up schedule. I think it's worth the money because of the quality of the finish and the service attitude.
