A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to the patient's needs. The dentists are very competent and explain every step clearly. I immediately felt at ease, which is not a given at a dentist.
