A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Don't put staff who can't communicate well in customer service. It's a loss, right? They can't explain things well, and chats are only read without responding to explanations. It's unprofessional; it's a waste to pay for a blue tick on WhatsApp if you don't know how to respond to customers.
