A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I made an appointment under TSS, but because they didn't receive the service due to their mistake and then caused problems again at an alternative date, I definitely don't recommend them. They apologized afterwards, but making the same mistake twice and causing further difficulties is unacceptable....
