A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The teachers are good, but the staff have very grumpy faces. They have looks that say, "Where did you come from?" They serve tea and coffee inside, but they never ask if you want water. There's no smile or good service. I repeat, the teachers are attentive and very good people.
