A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They are flexible with appointment. They go their best to fit you in. The reception staff are very polite. The dentist was very informative and patient. You have to fill in a register and consent forms before you become their patient. It is incredibly clean.
