A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They gave me an appointment at 11 am, I waited 45 minutes, and when I asked about the price, they didn't explain. Then, after the treatment, they said "this is our list price" and gave me different prices. I do not recommend them.
