It is incredibly bad. Their intentions are also bad. We just wanted to have a film shot. Although we received a provision from Halkbank Retirement Fund, they kept us waiting for hours because we had the transactions done elsewhere before. I do not recommend Halkbank Retirement Fund members to go.
