A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
This is the only clinic I can go to with complete confidence and peace of mind for even the smallest problem. Both the doctors and the assistants are incredibly caring and friendly. I'm so glad you exist :)
