I made appointment for this afternoon at 14:00pm , i drove far away from my home yo this clinic , almost hour but once i arrived there at 13.50pm the nurse who was assisted by her doctor tell me to move my appointment at 18:00pm . Is that so easy to cancel appointment w/out informing the patient day...
