A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The service was excellent, and the doctor was friendly. He explained what to do and offered options for patients if they had any concerns. The administrative staff was very helpful, offering plenty of options regarding time and consultations when we were busy or had questions.
