A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
All the staff were very polite and lovely. The doctor was kind and gave excellent advice. His touch was gentle; it didn't hurt at all. I was very impressed! He also contacted me to remind me and called to check on my condition before every appointment.
