I highly recommend Dr. Tsai. The entire treatment was professional and meticulous. The process was explained very thoroughly, which made me feel very reassured. Both she and her husband are Taiwanese and speak Mandarin. I heard they also have a clinic in the city, so you don't have to travel so far....
