A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I waited for a very long time. I even arrived before my appointment time, and then it was a full hour past my appointment before I was finally served. I don't know how they manage the queue. I'm very unimpressed.
