A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The doctor had a very gentle touch and checked everything thoroughly. He explained which areas were worn and should be filled, and which areas weren't decayed yet but were at risk and needed extra caution. The staff were polite, lovely, and provided excellent service.
