A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Everything was great except for the admin team and coordination staff, who need improvement. I inquired about scheduling an appointment, but they read my message and didn't reply. The staff who answered the phone lacked service mind. It was a huge waste of my time trying to book an appointment.
